Introduction

The purpose of the TTD project delivery function is to provide regional coordination and value added project development support for identified transportation projects through the Tahoe Transportation District (TTD); to provide additional project implementation capacity for Lake Tahoe transportation projects; to provide dedicated project management resources to oversee the TTD project delivery program; to coordinate with TMPO planning and programming staff to ensure timely project delivery and use of funds.

Interested in how transit services in the Tahoe Basin are doing? Quarterly monitoring reports are one method TTD uses to track and evaluate route and service performance. Service planning decisions are based on a combination of service planning goals and performance criteria. Click here to view reports.

Project Delivery Tasks
Listed below are projects that TTD will be undertaking:

•	Nevada Stateline to Stateline Bikeway Project
•	US 50 Stateline Corridor Project
•	Lake Tahoe Waterborne Transit Service and Landside Facility Project
•	Nevada State Route 431/28 Operational/Safety Improvement Project
•	California State Route 89/89 Realignment-Fanny Bridge Project

These projects will be utilizing the 1/2% funding that is allowed for transportation planning and the development of transportation projects through the environmental document phase. This project development program will rely on a portion of those funds to provide the resources to administer the projects funded with the ½% funding.
