Consistent with Executive Orders No.-25-20 and No. N-29-20 from the Executive Department of the State of California and Declaration of Emergency Directive 006 from the Executive Department of the State of Nevada, the May 8, 2020 Tahoe Transportation District Board and Governance Committee meetings will not be physically open to the public and all Board Members will be teleconferencing into the meeting via GoToWebinar.
To maximize public safety while still maintaining transparency and public access, members of the public can join the meeting by registering via the link on the meeting webpage.
Members of the public may provide public comment by sending comments to the Clerk to the Board by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note which agenda item the comment pertains to. Comments will then be read into the record, with a maximum allowance of three minutes per individual comment, subject to the Chair’s discretion. All comments should be a maximum of 500 words, which corresponds to approximately three minutes of speaking time. Comments for each agenda item should be submitted prior to the close of that agenda item.
Any member of the public who needs accommodations should email or call Judi Allen who will use her best efforts to provide reasonable accommodations to provide as much accessibility as possible, while also maintaining public safety in accordance with TTD’s procedure for resolving reasonable accommodation requests.
