South Shore Services

The South Shore area's coordinated transit system includes local fixed-route bus service and commuter bus service connecting the area with Carson City and the Carson Valley. The system also includes winter ski shuttles, summer trolley service to Emerald Bay, and summer bus service from Incline Village and Stateline to Sand Harbor.

At the May Board of Directors meeting, changes to transit policies were approved.  The changes are effective June 1, 2018.  To view the changes, please click here. En Espanol.

Additionally, at the Board meeting, public comment period was opened for proposed transit service changes.  Public comments will be accepted through July 13, 2018 and a public hearing will be held at the July 13 Board of Directors meeting.  The public comment period has been extended.  Public comments will continue to be accepted until the August 10 Board meeting.  The proposed service changes can be viewed hereEn Espanol.  Please submit your comments to planning@tahoetransportation.org.

          July 13 - Sept. 3 -- Friday through Monday
          Sept. 8 - Oct. 7 -- Saturday/Sunday only
